Meeting Information (Revised 3/26/24)

Meeting details, including meeting locations and virtual meeting information, can be found on the meeting schedule to the right.

Council meetings are open to the public. If you wish to attend to attend a virtual meeting, you can find the link on the meeting schedule posted to the right. Once you join the link, you will be placed in a waiting room until the meeting begins. Our host will begin admitting guests to the meeting starting five minutes prior to the scheduled time. All guests will be muted upon entering the meeting. If you wish to provide input during the meeting, we ask that you use the hand-raising gesture to be unmuted or utilize the chat room. Comments and questions will be limited to items on the agenda. If you have an item you would like to discuss at a council meeting, email gcaic@dnr.ga.gov at least two weeks prior to the scheduled meeting detailing your request.
